Terms of use

1. The service

XoiVinh.com includes a free game, "Xôi Vinh — North Canal Corner", and the real drink ordering of Lavender Coffee. Real orders are accepted and fulfilled by Lavender Coffee. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Game coins

Coins in the game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or Lavender Points, and cannot be bought with real money. Game money and real money (VND) are two completely separate systems.

3. Lavender Points

Program summary (details may be adjusted):

• Earn 1 point per 10,000 VND on completed orders, plus up to 5 points per week from the game.
• Redeem 5 points for 5% off (up to 10,000 VND); 10 points for 10% off (up to 15,000 VND); 40 points for a free drink worth up to 35,000 VND.
• Vouchers are valid for 30 days from redemption.
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash. The shop may adjust the program and will announce changes on the website.

4. Ordering, cancellation and delivery

You can order without logging in, but you must give a correct phone number. Prices and totals are calculated and confirmed by the system when you order. The shop may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the shop is closed or you cannot be reached. You can ask to cancel before the shop starts preparing by calling the hotline. Delivery is only within 10 km of the shop; addresses farther away are not accepted. Any delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order.

5. Leaderboard and fair play

Leaderboard scores are re-verified by the server. We may remove users from the leaderboard, revoke rewards or suspend accounts for cheating, using tampering software, exploiting bugs or creating multiple accounts to gain unfair benefit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attack, probe or disrupt the system.
• Submit fake orders, false information or spam.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

The game is provided "as is" and may be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the game. Liability for a real order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first and otherwise by the competent courts of Vietnam.
